What is Midnight Ent?
Midnight Entertainment is an entertainment company founded by Ace. His previous owner JinHai unfortunately couldn’t keep up with demands. Now the company is under new ownershipIt caters to all artist both western and Asian. Soloists and groups alike. Dancers, models and eventually will open up to streamers/YouTubers and film stars.Ace’ goal is to allow the company to run without stereotypes. Being one of the first companies to care about pronouns. He advocates highly for the people under his company. And plans on making sure lots of opportunities come about!
Who can apply?
Currently midnight is looking for lots of different artists. Group searches have begun. Soloists are free to apply! Anyone with a talent they wish to share with the world should apply! We also plan on expanding to film and tv! Apply and see where and what we can do! Stars are made once they make that first step.
We allow all artists/staff!Please do not not bring drama or problematic behaviour to the company. This is an escape for some people.

Rules and conditions
All fc must be over 19 in Korea. Admins must be over 18.Sfw groups will not be placed with nsfw.NO DRAMA.
Anyone found to actively be caught in drama will be removed or given a warning. Two counts of warnings or drama results in instant termination of your contract.Respect everyone and their pronouns.No bullying.No actively seeking drama with other members.All complaints should come to CEOs or the secretaries.Only two positions within the company unless you apply for staff. Meaning one fc per group. You cannot be a model and an idol. As modelling is apart of idol work.Respect your CEOs.Lastly have fun!!
